Welcome to Ehime University’s first general otaku circle.
We want to share our favorite works! I want to look into unknown genres! I want to give shape to my feelings of “I like” in the form of artworks! Want to improve your skills in drawing and novels! This is the place where you can be active. That is the Moegaku Kenkyukai.
Our main activities include weekly club meetings, producing a club magazine, and deepening exchanges through participation in events such as comic markets.
The group has been discussing the future of the club’s magazine and new initiatives, as we have not been able to work as much as we would have liked in the past year or two on the Corona Disaster.
At Comic Market, we have a booth as one circle and distribute a coterie magazine called “Ai-HIME”. There was a time when we were unable to participate in the event due to Corona, but we were able to resume from last year’s (2022) Summer Comic Market. At this rate, I would like to continue to work hard on the creation of the club magazine.
In the Moe Gaku Kenkyukai, we are not only anime otaku and manga otaku, but also otaku of various genres such as sound games, PC games, VTubers, Vocaloids, etc…. We have otaku of various genres.
If anyone is interested in otaku culture, we look forward to hearing from you.
