Student Festival Executive Committee
A festival created by students, the Student Festival!
And the “organizer” of the students is us, the Student Festival Executive Committee.
Ehime University’s University Festival is a “student festival!
Why a “Student Festival”? It is because! Because the groups participating in the festival and the Student Festival Committee create it together.
In other words! It will be run solely by students.
The Student Festival Executive Committee provides participating groups with a variety of experiences, such as submitting drafts, planning events, and directing administrative work. It is hard work, but very rewarding. Why don’t you join with participating organizations to think and organize together?
Annual Activities
- Regular meetings (regular activities)
about 1 per week - Council meetings (discussions with participating organizations)
Irregular Thursdays 18:00-20:00 - April Welcome party for new students and drafting of student festival plan
- May: Council meetings begin
- June/July Continuation of Council meetings and editing of student festival drafts
- Summer Vacation Camping
- October: Preparations for the Student Festival are in full swing!
- November – Student festival in full swing!
- March Graduation concert
All members are enjoying their activities! Meetings are filled with intense opinions and the occasional candy bar (lol).
In addition, you can improve your skills by getting the job done.
